Creating a welcoming environment on the first day employees enter their new workspace provides a powerful positive message to employees.

On a recent relocation and NYC furniture installation project, Certified’s Change Management team warmly greeted employees and guided them through their new space. Throughout the day, this team helped associates navigate new layouts, adjacencies, ergonomic furniture and offered support in getting everyone settled in quickly.

Having people on-site who knew how to direct employees and properly transmit information, proved to be a time, stress and financial reliever.
